Real work. Real people. Real change.
I'm a breathwork facilitator, certified meditation and life coach, and published author who takes people outdoors, into circles, and into themselves. My background is the streets, the mountains, the mat — and 15+ years working in clinical addiction and mental health settings with people of every age and background.
I've sat with people on rooftops, riverbanks, and snow-covered cliffs. I've worked as a CASAC-2 counselor in clinical settings. None of it matters unless it actually helps you.
No fancy lingo. No perfect conditions. Just real work with real people — wherever they are.
Guided breathwork in an intimate setting — candles, mats, music. Your body will do things you didn't expect. That's the point.
Mountains, trails, frozen lakes in winter. We get out of our heads by getting out of our buildings. Fresh air is medicine.
If you want to go deeper into your patterns, your nervous system, your next chapter — we work through it together, one session at a time.
Most people show up not knowing what to expect. That's fine. You don't need experience. You don't need to be spiritual. You just need to show up and be willing to breathe.
I've worked with cops, nurses, teachers, moms, people fresh out of therapy, people who've never tried therapy. Real people carrying real weight.
This work meets you exactly where you are.
Intention setting and grounding. No signup, no catch. Just press play and breathe.
None. Every session is designed to meet you where you are. Whether it's your first time or your fiftieth, we start from your baseline and work from there.
It varies. Some people feel a deep calm. Others release emotion — crying, laughing, shaking. All of it is normal. The breath takes you where you need to go, not where you expect to go.
Eat light beforehand. Wear comfortable clothes. Come with an open mind and zero agenda. That's it.
Yes, when facilitated properly. If you have a serious cardiovascular condition, epilepsy, or are pregnant, reach out first so we can talk through what's right for you.
I personally respond within 24 hours to confirm your session, answer any questions, and send you everything you need to prepare.

Deep breathing with live sound. Expect to feel things. People cry, laugh, shake — and leave lighter than they came in.
Just you and me. We go at your pace. Good for people who want to go deep without a group setting.
Mountains, trails, open air. We get out of buildings and into nature. Breathwork, movement, and presence — outside.
Your patterns, your nervous system, your next chapter. We work through it session by session — no scripts, no fluff.
Bring your team, your family, your community. Retreats, corporate wellness, birthday circles — we make it work for your group.

A raw, unflinching account of survival, transformation, and what it really takes to rise. Written from the inside out — no filters, no sugarcoating. Just truth.
What is great about this book is how raw and honest it feels while you’re reading Eddie’s story. What makes it so powerful isn’t just the heartbreak—it’s the hope. Page after page, you witness a boy navigating a world stacked against him, and somehow, rising above it with remarkable strength and heart. Pabon’s vulnerability becomes his superpower—this is not just a memoir, it’s a testament to the human spirit.
Eddie’s account skillfully glided from one harrowing childhood experience to another as if the events happened to someone else—and even though it was painful for the reader, you can’t stop. Never again will I question the human soul to wrestle with even the worst of circumstances and come out victorious after reading Eddie’s story—and neither should you.
It is rare that I find a book I finish in one to two sittings. I was amazed, shocked, terrified, elated, disgusted, ecstatic, happy, baffled, sad, and proud. This book led me through the full spectrum of emotions—the complete human experience. Anyone who has been where you have to arrive where you are is strong enough to carry any dream to reality.
I can’t say enough about this book. The story is so compelling you don’t wanna put it down. What I really learned from Eddie’s story is that you should never take anything for granted and that although tomorrow is never promised, you should always look forward to it. Thank you Eddie for helping us see life through your eyes.
Reading this was a ride on tracks of heaven and hell. It will make you wonder how anyone can still smile and enjoy life after going through what Eddie has experienced, but he will show you how. It reminds me that you never can tell what someone may have endured before you met them as they enjoy life in front of your eyes.
I admired his honesty and courageous demeanor despite his adversities. I’d recommend all young folks dealing with life’s challenges to read this book for inspiration and encouragement.
I am all about great stories and inspirational books and this book is both. I absolutely love the author—his honesty is so raw and transparent.
This book provided well needed therapy during a down time in my life. I recommend it to anyone going through struggles, or anyone in general who is in need of some uplifting.
